of these qualities and have a satisfied client list to prove it! We strive for timeless designs and steer clear of the latest fads distinguishing ourselves from our competition.

Q. Should we expect to pay for a design?
A. Yes! If you want a designer to put in the time & effort that is necessary to come up with a unique and creative design he/ or she should be compensated monetarily. A person who designs for free will not be interested in taking the time to work out vital details in order to come up with the best possible design for your project. Great design is in the details!

Q. Can we deal with just one company for all this?
A. Voss & Sons Design-Build handles all aspects of your project from individual consultations thru completion. Customer satisfaction requires that one contractor be responsible for every phase of the project.

Q. Does your company have a work crew or do you sub everything out?
A. We maintain our own extensively trained and fully insured work crew. This gives us a competitive advantage over other companies by allowing us to produce a higher quality product for less.
