Analysis of current SOP’s revealed
the need for updates and documentation for use in more
than 26 locations in 13 countries, involving more than
20 departments, and 60 job descriptions.
Our collection, evaluation, and
writing processes involved more than 10,000 pages of
documentation such as SOP’s, training guides, and
certification programs. We delivered 25 such documents
consisting of more than 2,300 finished pages for their
Big Box locations and Distribution Centers.
