    • Analysis of SOP’s and their utilization
    • Review and confirm existing policies and procedures, and training and certification materials
    • Ensure multinational cultural concerns are addressed properly throughout documentation
    • Comb thousands of pages of existing documentation to identify and distinguish between redundant material from multiple locations and similar but varied material requiring updates and merging
    • Update and compile changes for implementation upon release of the new business documents
  • Actions:
    • Analysis of current SOP’s revealed the need for updates and documentation for use in more than 26 locations in 13 countries, involving more than 20 departments, and 60 job descriptions.
    • Our collection, evaluation, and writing processes involved more than 10,000 pages of documentation such as SOP’s, training guides, and certification programs. We delivered 25 such documents consisting of more than 2,300 finished pages for their Big Box locations and Distribution Centers.

    • Structure Business Group is currently under contract for rolling out a new POS, (Point of Sale) Register System, and Associate Scheduling and Time Management System through writing training materials and facilitating associate training.
